Brain Injury Care & Supports are specialist service providers working alongside participants with acquired brain injury (ABI/TBI), Mental Health conditions and Intellectual Disabilities. We have supported participants since 2013. We strive to provide an impeccable service to our participants ensuring that they live their best lives and feel supported along their journey to realise their goals.
Brain Injury Care & Support’s mission is to provide a unique specialised range of services to our participants so that they can remain living independently in the comfort of their homes whilst enjoying social support out in the community, being supported by our team.
We aim to exceed participants expectations by offering top tier support, advocating for their rights, ensuring that they are being empowered, listened to, respected and living the best quality life.
We offer Psychosocial Support Services to our Participants which
include some of the below areas:
- Improving skills socially in the community
- Financial guidance and support
- Dealing with family relationships
- Furthering education and employment options
- Securing housing
- Attaining short-, medium- and long-term goals
- Accessing support from NDIS
- Assistance with substance abuse issues
- Overall health management
- Admin support, assistance accessing legal supports

Brain Injury Care & Support offers one on one support to our participants on a day-to-day basis, in home and out and about in the community.
Our support staff go above and beyond to work with participants and their families ensuring that all goals and objectives are prioritised.
Participants determine the type of support required (assistance with daily living) such as meal prep, personal care, assistance out in the community and to attend appointments, transport to and from work and much more.
